Einstiegsgehalt: 3000€ / Vollzeit!

Ihr Profil:

  • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Umgangsformen und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Kundenfreundliches und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)

Ihre Aufgaben u.a.:

  • Telefonischer Kundenservice im Inbound / Gesprächsannahme
  • Annahme von Terminbuchungen für namhafte Autohäuser (TÜV / AU - Reparatur - Inspektion - Radwechsel etc.)
  • Annahme von Terminabsagen / Terminänderungen
  • Unterstützung in der Auftragserfassung
  • Auftragsabwicklung und -verwaltung
