Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, telefonieren gerne und suchen eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit festen Aufgaben? Dann freuen wir uns auf Sie – auch Quereinsteiger/innen und Rentner/innen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Telefonanrufen
  • Terminvereinbarung und Terminkoordination
  • Freundliche Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten am Telefon
  • Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Praxisteams im organisatorischen Bereich

  • Freundliches und höfliches Auftreten
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Telefon und einfachen Büroaufgaben
  • Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Bereich ist nicht erforderlich – wir arbeiten Sie gerne ein!
