Anforderungen

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur telefonischen Kaltakquise
  • Freude an einer Tätigkeit mit hohem Telefonieanteil
  • Hohe Frustrationstoleranz bei ausbleibenden Gesprächs- und Verkaufserfolgen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Eigenmotivation
  • Bereitschaft zur Vollzeitarbeit vor Ort in Hamburg
  • Mindestalter von 18 Jahren; ein Berufsabschluss wird nicht vorausgesetzt

Benefits

  • Anfänglich befristete sozialversicherungspflichtige Festanstellung (15 Monate), bei beiderseitigem Wunsch Umwandlung in unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis
  • Grundgehalt 2.400 € brutto/Monat
  • Verkaufsprovisionen: 6 % auf jeden Verkauf
  • Zusätzlich 2 % Fokusboni und weitere attraktive Boni
  • Erwartetes gesamtes Bruttogehalt monatlich ca. 5.000–7.000 € (Durchschnitt ca. 6.000 €)
  • Keine Schichtarbeit / keine Wochenenden
  • Arbeit Montag–Freitag, geregelte Arbeitszeiten (8–9 Uhr Beginn, 16–17 Uhr Ende)

Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Kaltakquise bei Unternehmen in ganz Deutschland
  • Durchführung von täglich etwa 100 Anrufen
  • Beratung interessierter Unternehmen zu digitalen Werbeflächen
  • Direkter telefonischer Verkauf der Werbeflächen
