Telefonist/in (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit für einen neuen Auftrag in einem Bundesobjekt in Bonn.

Stellenbeschreibung:

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion sorgen Sie für die freundliche Telefonannahme und Weiterleitung gemäß interner Vorgaben innerhalb des Bundesobjektes und für das zuständige Miniterium.

Arbeitstage: Mo-Fr (8-9 Std. täglich)

  • Aufgabe:
  • Annahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonaten
  • Profil:
  • Erfahrung im Telefondienst (2 Jahre)
  • sichere, deutliche und serviceorientierte Ausdrucksweise
  • einwandfreier Leumund
  • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Englisch Grundkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • ggfs. Brandschutzkenntnisse
  • Möglichkeiten:
