  • ดูแลและขยายฐานลูกค้าในพอร์ตที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ผ่านการขายทางโทรศัพท์และช่องทางดิจิทัล
  • นำเสนอสินค้าและโซลูชันให้กับลูกค้าเดิมและลูกค้าใหม่ เพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการขายและความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาว
  • ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า พร้อมให้คำแนะนำและนำเสนอสินค้าที่เหมาะสม
  • มองหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและขยายฐานลูกค้า
  • ทำงานร่วมกับ Sales Representative อย่างใกล้ชิด แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและวางแผนการขาย เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายร่วมกัน

สิ่งที่เรามองหาในตัวคุณ

  • สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ขายทางโทรศัพท์อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์ขายสินค้าในกลุ่มอุปกรณ์สำนักงานจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า

  • หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ Salesforce หรือระบบ CRM จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
