TEMPORARY SERVICE SHOP SUPERVISOR I

Summary

You will serve as a TEMPORARY SERVICE SHOP SUPERVISOR I in the Production Resources Shop (C900) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Duties

• •You will plan work, set priorities, and prepare schedules for subordinate staff to complete temporary service shop tasks.
• •You will oversee and manage temporary service shop operations to ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• •You will provide technical and authoritative guidance on temporary service shop best practices to subordinate staff.
• •You will ensure command temporary service shop projects and programs are completed in an accurate, safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• •You will provide administrative guidance on workplace dynamics, personnel performance management, disciplinary and training/development needs.
