• As a ServiceNow Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. • Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Lead the adoption of best practices in quality engineering to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• - Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
• - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project requirements.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Testing.
• - Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to ServiceNow environments.
• - Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• - Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
• - Familiarity with scripting and programming languages used in test automation.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
