Renew Mental Health is a busy, growing outpatient practice serving Northeast Arkansas. We’ve built a strong referral base, so our therapists don’t have to worry about finding clients — your schedule will fill.

We try to keep things simple: give you the tools, support you need, and let you do your job without a bunch of micromanaging.

What This Role Looks Like

This is an outpatient therapy position working with a mix of in-person and telehealth clients (your preference matters here).

You’ll have the ability to build your caseload in a way that works for you, while still having consistency and support from our team.

Compensation

Per-session (based on CPT codes)

Day-to-Day

Provide individual therapy sessions (primarily outpatient)

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Manage your caseload and schedule

Collaborate with providers when needed for patient care

What We’re Looking For

LCSW or LPC

Comfortable in an outpatient setting

Dependable and organized

Someone who wants to build and maintain a steady caseload
