  • Planung, Optimierung und Überwachung des Nahverkehrs inkl. X-Server, Tourenfreigabe, Verlaufsauswertung und KPI-Steuerung
  • Durchführung von Tourenchecks, Abfahrts- und Scan-Kontrollen (Beladescannung, Scanqualität, Prozesskonformität)
  • Unterstützung und Abstimmung mit Teamleiter Tourenbetreuer/Transportmanager bei Touren- und Sonderfahrtenplanung
  • Sicherstellung von Warenhandling, Stellzeiten, Prozess- und Sicherheitsvorgaben (inkl. PSA, Ladungssicherung, Schadensprävention)
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von ZC-Dokumenten, PUVAR- und LASI-Listen
  • Betreuung, Schulung, Coaching und Onboarding der Fahrer inkl. Unterweisungen, Befragungen und Tourenbesprechungen
  • Kommunikation mit Fahrern und Unternehmern zu Touren, Abweichungen und Prozessen; Eskalationsmanagement im Tagesgeschäft
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Fahreranwesenheit, Stellzeiten, Equipment, Schlüsseln und Scannern (inkl. Inventur)
  • Bearbeitung und Auswertung von Reklamationen, B-/Ü-Meldungen, Tickets und Klärfällen
  • Erstellung von Schichtberichten, Strukturierung der Übergaben und Überwachung von Durchläufern, Differenzen und Gestellung,
  • Mitwirkung an KVP-Maßnahmen Prozessoptimierung, Kostenmeldungen, Reports, Statistiken und WAL/TOC-Reduktion
  • Einhaltung aller Gefahrgut-, Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Kundenanforderungen sowie Teilnahme an Schulungen und Austausch mit Fachabteilungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Tourenplanung. Nahverkehrsprozesse und Scantechnick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit internen Tools (TIS, TTMS, X-Server, Lisa, MS Office)
  • Kenntnisse in Ladungssicherung. Gefahrgut und Schadensprävention
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation und Betreuung von Fahrpersonal
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu Nacht- und Schichtarbeit
