  • Überwachung der Scanqualität im Nahverkehr, des Equipments und des Fahrpersonals
  • Erstellung erforderlicher Sendungspapiere (z. B. Gefahrgutpapiere) für die Warenauslieferung
  • Einhaltung von Ladungssicherung, Schadensprävention und allgemeinen Prozessvorgaben
  • Managen von Eskalationen in der Auslieferung sowie Reklamationsbearbeitungen
  • Übergabe neuer Schlüssel und regelmäßige Schlüsselkontrollen bei den Fahrern
  • Optimierung der Tourenplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem/der Transportmanager\*in
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Tourenplanung, Nahverkehrsprozesse und Schabtechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit internen Tools (TIS, TTMS, X-Server, Lisa, MS Office)
  • Kenntnisse in Ladungssicherung, Gefahrgut und Schadensprävention
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation und Betreuung von Fahrpersonal
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu Nacht- und Schichtarbeit
