  • Sicherstellung der Funktionalität des Scanequipments und der Einhaltung der geforderten Scanqualität im Nahverkehr
  • Betreuung und Anleitung des Fahrpersonals unter Berücksichtigung von Ladungssicherung, Schadensvermeidung und einem ordnungsgemäßen Handling der Waren
  • Ansprechpartner und erste Eskalationsstufe im Umschlagsprozess bezüglich entstandener Schäden an Sendungen
  • Fahrerabfertigung und Sicherstellung einer korrekten Fahrerabmeldung
  • Aktive und ständige Kommunikation mit den Fahrern
  • Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Tourenchecks und Fahrzeugkontrollen nach Prozessvorgabe
  • Ständige Überprüfung der Nahverkehrsqualität und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Prüfung von Fehlmengen und Erfassung der Differenzen
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Übergabe auftragsbezogener Dokumente (Gefahrgutpapiere, NN-Rollkarte etc.) sowie deren Bearbeitung im Rücklauf
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung gemäß dem Trouble-Ticket-Management-System
  • Fahrerschulungen, Unterweisungen, Betreuung und Qualifizierung des Fahrpersonals
  • Erstellung von Reports
  • Planung und Organisation von Sonder- & Bedarfsfahrten inkl. Übergabe auftragsbezogener Dokumente sowie Abstellplatzinformationen und Schlüssel
  • Übergabe neuer Schlüssel- und Abstellplatzinformationen sowie die Kontrolle der Bestände nach Prozessvorgaben mit den Fahrern
  • Tourenplanung und Optimierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Transportmanager
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Produkten sowie der internen Systeme und Scantechnik
  • Lokale Gebietskenntnisse und erste Erfahrung in Tourenplanung
  • Fähigkeit zur Sichtung von Unregelmäßigkeiten an der Warenphysik der beförderten Teile und Sendungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zur Nachtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
