Tractor Technician

Responsibilities:

• •Ensure the safety and efficiency of our trucks and trailers for drivers and customers
• •Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles and equipment within our fleet
• •Conduct preventative maintenance on all fleet vehicles and equipment
• •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major systems including engines, transmissions, DEF systems, AC systems, and driver safety mitigation devices
• •Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting and repair, and participate in ongoing training opportunities
• •Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• •Pass pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical
• •High school diploma or GED
• •Valid driver's license (CDL license is a plus)
• •Strong communication and listening skills
• •Basic computer skills
• •Regular attendance for assigned shifts
• •Positive team player
• •Ability to understand and implement instructions, guidelines, and pertinent information
• •Ability to move, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• •Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally

Compensation:

$20 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
