About us

Jetfly is a leading European private aviation company headquartered in Luxembourg. We operate a fleet of 72 aircraft, including PC-12, PC-24, and Cirrus SF50. With over 25 years of experience and more than 540 passionate professionals, we bring together specialized business units offering a complete aviation ecosystem, including fractional ownership, charter services, aircraft management, trading, maintenance, and training.

Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.

As the company expands internationally, we are currently looking for a Travel Manager to run corporate and crew travel end to end — leading the teams involved, managing vendors, and making sure travel for crew, executives, and staff stays smooth, cost-effective, and compliant.

Team Leadership and Operational Coordination

This role takes the lead over two teams that currently operate in a relatively siloed way:

An operational team that handles and centralizes all travel requests from the organization

A "Back Office" team that handles the organization's administrative functions

The role unites both teams around a shared vision, clarifies roles and responsibilities, and ensures that decisions are effectively translated into day-to-day operational execution:

Lead, mentor, and align the operational and back-office teams toward common goals and priorities, establishing clear communication channels and workflows between them.

Oversee daily travel operations, ensuring smooth execution across shifts and administrative functions

Bridge the gap between strategic decisions and operational implementation

Resolve escalations and operational bottlenecks in a timely manner while implementing continuous improvement processes.

Strategic Travel Management

Develop, implement and continuously refine the corporate travel policy across Jetfly entities to ensure compliance, maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Analyze workflow bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to optimize efficiency from request submission to final booking and expense reconciliation.

Build and maintain visa management expertise within the team, establishing processes to track, anticipate, and follow up on visa requirements for crew and corporate travelers in support of the company's global expansion.

Oversee travel cost control and expense governance, working closely with Financial Controlling on travel costs.

Vendor and Contract management

Manage relationships with key travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers, by negotiating rates and contracts and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality accommodation standards and cost efficiency for crew and corporate travel.

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business administration, hospitality or a related field.

5+ years of travel management experience, with prior people-management experience.

Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational teams, improve efficiency, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
