Let’s Talk about the Role

In this role, you will bridge the gap between daily corporate treasury operations and general accounting, with a focus on bank reconciliations, tax payments, and payroll journal entries.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SAP (FI module) and thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury & Cash Management:

• •Manage daily bank reconciliations and clear open items across all corporate bank accounts using SAP.
• •Monitor incoming collections and process outgoing electronic payments via remote banking platforms.
• •Prepare, verify, and execute tax payments via F24 forms in compliance with Italian tax regulations.
• •Support cash flow forecasting and monitor daily liquidity positions.
• •Maintain relations with banking partners and manage bank documentation/signature mandates.

Accounting & Month-End Closing:

• •Perform monthly reconciliations and balancing for payroll-related general ledger accounts (stipendi e contributi).
• •Ensure accurate accounting of withholding taxes, social security contributions, and local/corporate taxes.
• •Prepare and post journal entries related to treasury operations during month-end and year-end closing activities.
• •Assist in internal and external auditing processes by providing accurate financial documentation and reports.

Skills for success:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar hybrid role (Treasury/Accounting) within a multinational or structured company.
• •Strong proficiency in SAP ERP (specifically FI module, FI-BL, FI-AP/AR). High proficiency in MS Excel.
• •Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Italian, as you will interact with international stakeholders daily.
• •Deep knowledge of corporate banking systems, remote banking tools, and Italian tax payment schemes (F24).
• •Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, high precision, ability to prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines.

Hiring Range :

€41.888,00 EUR - €52.360,00 EUR annually
