Description

Job Title: Treasury

Reports to: Controller / VP Finance

Location: Houston, TX / hybrid

Summary

We are a private equity-backed, multi-entity emergency care group looking for a Treasury Manager to own cash, liquidity, forecasting and lender relationships. You will run daily treasury operations, manage our asset-based credit facility, and give leadership and our PE partners a clear, forward view of cash. You will work closely with treasury at the private equity sponsor level and with our corporate treasury team, so group-wide cash, funding and lender decisions stay aligned.

Role and Responsibilities:

Cash management and forecasting

  • Prepare the daily cash position and manage liquidity across all entities to cover payroll, vendors and debt service
  • Own the rolling 13-week and 12-month cash forecasts by entity, including payer, IDR and personal injury receipt timing; explain weekly variances and run downside scenarios
  • Maintain the cash calendar and align payment runs with available cash
  • Report weekly and monthly on cash, liquidity, availability and forecast accuracy to finance leadership and our PE partners

Debt, banking and lender compliance

  • Manage draws and repayments on the credit facility; prepare borrowing base certificates and covenant compliance certificates
  • Keep the debt schedule and a compliance calendar of every reporting and notice deadline; test covenants and baskets before distributions
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for banks and lenders; support amendments, renewals and new financing
  • Manage bank accounts, lockboxes, sweeps and control agreements; review bank fees and banking services

Intercompany and receipts

  • Fund each entity and coordinate intercompany transfers, settlements and equity movements with the Controller, corporate treasury and the PE sponsor's treasury team
  • Monitor daily receipts from payers, patients and PI settlements and partner with Revenue Cycle to match remittances and post cash on time
  • Fund patient and payer refunds and manage unclaimed property
  • Set up treasury for new facilities and acquisitions

Controls and systems

  • Release payments within the Delegation of Authority under dual authorization
  • Maintain treasury policies and fraud controls, including positive pay, ACH debit blocks and fraud response
  • Lead and review the work of an offshore team handling cash posting, payments and reporting
  • Improve automation through bank feeds into NetSuite and treasury tools; support the external audit

Requirements

Education/Skills & Certifications:

  • Bachelors in finance or accounting; 5+ years in treasury, corporate finance or banking
  • Hands-on experience with an asset-based facility: borrowing base, covenants and lender reporting
  • Track record building 13-week cash forecasts in a multi-entity group
  • Strong Excel; NetSuite or a similar ERP
  • Clear communicator with lenders, senior leadership and sponsor-level treasury and finance teams

Preferred: CTP certification; healthcare receivables or revenue cycle exposure; private equity–backed company experience; treasury management system or bank API implementation.
