### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kartierungen von Flora und Fauna
  • Durchführung von FFH Verträglichkeitsprüfungen
  • Erstellung von landschaftspflegerischen Begleitplänen (LBP) und landschaftspflegerischen Ausführungsplänen (LAP)
  • Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfungen (UVP) und Umweltscreenings
  • Abstimmungen mit Auftraggebern, Sachverständigen und Behörden
  • Erstellen von Umweltgutachten zur Projektrealisierung von Schienen- und Infrastrukturprojekten

### Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im Bereich Landespflege/Landschaftsarchitektur oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung wie beispielsweise Geoökologie, Geographie, Landschaftsökologie oder Biologie
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Umwelt- und Landschaftsplanung
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Natur-, Umwelt-, Artenschutzes und des Planungsrechts
  • Gute Artenkenntnisse der Flora und Fauna
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit moderner IT und beherrschst AutoCAD und ArcGIS
  • Prozess- und lösungsorientiertes Denken, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Teamstärke
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit den Auftraggebern und den zu beteiligenden Behörden, Kommunikationsstärke
