  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden SAP HCM Payroll-Systems (PY) im laufenden Betrieb
  • Analyse komplexer Geschäftsprozesse sowie neuer fachlicher Anforderungen und Ableitung passender technischer Lösungen
  • Umsetzung und Implementierung der Lösungen gemeinsam mit internen Teams und externen Partner:innen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Change-Management-Prozessen - von der Konzeption über Implementierung bis zu Schulungen und Go-Live
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Berater:innen sowie Key-User:innen aus den Fachbereichen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Dokumentation
  • Mitarbeit in Transformations- und Rollout-Projekten (u. a. SAP HCM ¿ S/4HANA)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbarer fachlicher Hintergrund
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der SAP HCM Payroll-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt Schemen und Regeln
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Anpassung von Abrechnungsfunktionen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
