SAP CRM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) - SAP CX Sales & Service Cloud

  • Deine Aufgaben bei uns
  • Lösungsorientierte Beratung und Konzeption im Rahmen des Rollouts und Betriebs von SAP CX Cloud Lösungen (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Management)
  • Analyse von Anforderungen, Gestaltung und Optimierung der Prozesse, Konfiguration des Systems und funktionale Beschreibung von Erweiterungen
  • Übernahme von Systemverantwortung in diesem Bereich
  • Durchführung von Workshops
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und Verantwortlichen angrenzender Systeme
  • Koordination und Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
  • 2nd und 3rd Level Support für diese Systeme
  • Das bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung mit SAP CX Produkten (Customizing, Einführung,...) sehr von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in relevanten Modulen im ECC (zB. CS, SD) oder speziell SAP CRM on premise sind wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (max. 10-15%)

Bei Erfüllung oben genannter Kriterien bieten wir dir ein wettbewerbsfähiges Jahresbruttogehalt im Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnische Industrie ab rund EUR 60.000. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
