Job Summary

Drive the optimisation of digital experiences across web channels by improving SEO, content
quality, findability, accessibility, customer journeys and conversion performance. Responsible for
identifying and resolving issues that impact customer engagement and business outcomes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead SEO optimisation, including metadata, page titles, internal linking and search visibility.

Improve customer journeys, navigation, content hierarchy and conversion paths.

Conduct UX, SEO and content audits and recommend improvements.

Optimise digital content to align with customer needs and business objectives.

Drive accessibility compliance and digital content governance.

Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills

UX & Customer Experience Design

Content Design / UX Writing

Information Architecture

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

Accessibility (WCAG)

Web Analytics & Reporting

Customer Journey Mapping

Figma & Prototyping

Experience

5+ years in Digital Experience, SEO, UX, Content Strategy or CRO.

Experience managing enterprise websites.

Experience conducting SEO, UX and content optimisation initiatives.

Financial Services experience advantageous.

Success Measures

Improved click-through and conversion rates.

Reduced customer friction and drop-off.

Improved accessibility and content quality.

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
