Position Summary :
This position is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of resort vehicles and heavy equipment, including buses, trucks, groomers, snowmobiles, and snowcats. The role also performs preventive maintenance, welding and fabrication work, manages repair documentation and parts ordering, and provides support to other maintenance departments as needed.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities :
- Repairs diverse vehicles: Services buses, pickup trucks, heavy equipment, and over-snow vehicles like groomers, snowmobiles, maintenance vehicles, and snow cats or ambulances.
- Performs routine servicing: Completes periodic machinery maintenance, including oil changes and standard service checkups.
- Manages work orders: Writes and documents own work orders for all tracking and repairs.
- Procures components: Identifies needed parts and places orders to complete repairs.
Fabricates and welds: Applies welding and fabrication skills to repair or modify machinery parts as needed.
Specific Job Skills :
License/Certifications - Must Have or be able to obtain a Class B Commercial Driver's License.
Technical - Must have basic computer skills, experience with hydraulics, welding
Physical Capabilities - Must Be able to lift around 100lbs
Additional - Provides own tools
Education/Related Experience :
Minimum education required - GED or High School diploma preferred
Minimum time in related position - 1 Year of mechanic experience
