Ever imagined saying, “I helped launch the future of transportation”?

We’re rewriting the rules of urban mobility. At Vay, customers tap a button and a car arrives - with no one inside - powered by our world-first Remote Driving technology on real public streets.

We’re live in Las Vegas and scaling fast, powered by a strategic investment of up to $410 million from Grab . Our mission is simple: replace private car ownership with a faster, cleaner, door-to-door mobility model. From keeping our growing fleet running smoothly to installing and troubleshooting our remote-driving hardware, you'll play a key role in making sure our vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for the road.

You'll work closely with our Engineering and Operations teams, tackle challenges you won't find in a typical workshop, and have a direct impact on how our technology evolves, you will also be the first Technician in our second U.S city, Austin, a real chance to create a legacy in the automotive industry.

What you'll be driving:

Keep our electric vehicle fleet in top condition through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot cutting-edge remote-driving hardware, including cameras, sensors, compute units, and wiring.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, from everyday repairs to complex technical challenges.

Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to identify recurring issues and improve vehicle reliability.

Help create a safe, efficient, and well-organized workshop environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset. You enjoy getting to the root of a problem and finding solutions.

Excellent attention to detail and a safety-first approach to everything you do.
