Vehicle Technician Grade 5 – Buckinghamshire Land Rover

Full‑Time, Permanent OTE up to £55,480(Uncapped) £37,000 basic to £46,000 (depending on qualifications) + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + Time Saved Bonus Scheme

Choose your working pattern: 40 hours Mon–Fri OR a fixed 4‑day working week (Mon–Thu / Tue–Fri)

What you’ll be doing

Vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic technology

Servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer standards

Pre‑delivery inspections on new and used vehicles

Fitting accessories and completing minor repairs

Road testing vehicles to ensure faults are fully resolved

Completing all documentation to a high standard

Supporting the team and delivering first‑class customer service

What we’re looking for

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

Experience in a dealer or independent workshop

Full UK driving licence

Ambition, attention to detail, and pride in your work
