Wir suchen dich als:

  • Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik
  • Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe
  • (m/w/d)

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Bedienung der Maschinen,
  • Einrichtung und Umrüstung der Maschinen, inklusive der angeschlossenen Peripherie, Maschinenreparaturen planen und bearbeiten,
  • Behebung von Maschinenstörungen,
  • Mitarbeit bei der permanenten Prozessoptimierung,
  • Verantwortung der Termingerechten Umsetzung der Produktionsaufträge,
  • Ansprechpartner bei auftretenden Problemen und deren Beseitigung.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik,
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit modernen Spritzgießmaschinen, Förder- und Trocknungsanlagen, Temperiergeräte und Heißkanalsystemen,
  • Expertise in Kunststofftechnik und Werkzeugeinsatz,
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit,
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit,
  • Erfahrung mit anspruchsvollen technischen Kunststoffteilen.
