  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Verkäufer:innen und Käufer:innen

Verkauf & Vermietung von Immobilien in Weststeiermark und Graz-Umgebung

Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen

Verhandlungsführung und Begleitung bis zum Vertragsabschluss

Aufbau eines persönlichen Kunden- und Empfehlungsnetzwerks

  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mindestens auf Maturaniveau

Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und niveuvolle Kommunikation

Lösungsorientierte, zielstrebige Arbeitsweise

Durchsetzungsstark, aber auch kompromissbereit

Offenheit für digitale Tools und gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse

Hohe Eigenmotivation und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Führerschein B & eigener PKW

  • Gehalt:
  • Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt € 2.500 (12× jährlich).

Dieser Betrag beinhaltet einen Provisionsvorschuss, der halbjährlich mit der tatsächlich erzielten Provision gegengerechnet wird.

  • Realistisches Jahreszielgehalt: € 45.000 - € 70.000 brutto
  • Spitzenverdienste über € 80.000 brutto sind möglich.
