Für unseren Kunden aus dem Versicherungsbereich suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung eine Versicherungskauffrau / einen Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d) für den Vertrieb .

### Dein Job bei uns

  • Aktive Beratung und Betreuung von Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Bedarfsermittlung statt Glaskugel 🔮
  • Verkauf passender Versicherungs- und Vorsorgelösungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Abschluss von Verträgen
  • Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen (ja, auch nach dem Abschluss)

### Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskauffrau / Versicherungskaufmann
  • oder Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen
  • Freude am Vertrieb und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Abschlussorientierung und Fingerspitzengefühl
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigenmotivation
  • Humor – hilft bei jedem Verkaufsgespräch 😄
