Zur Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsleitung suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter für den Vertriebsbereich (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Recherche und direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Neukunden – idealerweise durch persönliche Besuche
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen via Internet und Telefon, Vereinbarung von Beratungsterminen und Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Besichtigungen
  • Erstellung und Versand individueller Reinigungskonzepte und Angebote (Unterhalts-, Glas-, Grund- und Bauendreinigung sowie Verbrauchsmaterialien)
  • Präsentation der Konzepte beim Kunden und Anpassung nach Kundenwunsch
  • Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Verträgen, inklusive Erweiterungen
  • Pflege und Betreuung der selbst akquirierten Kunden
  • Kundenbindung durch aktive Kommunikation und Verbesserungsvorschläge bei Kündigungsabsicht

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Gebäudereinigung wären ideal (sind aber nicht zwingend erforderlich)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) und Erfahrung mit CRM Programmen.
  • Wir arbeiten mit der Branchensoftware BlueTem.
  • Ausgeprägte Kontaktfreudigkeit, Empathie und diplomatisches Geschick
  • Zielorientiertes und beharrliches Vorgehen mit Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Organisationstalent und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B und gute Ortskenntnisse
