Das erwartet dich:

  • Du gewinnst Unternehmen (Speditionen, Logistikbetriebe, Busunternehmen) für die Berufskraftfahrer-Ausbildung der Klassen C/CE und D.
  • Du akquirierst Bildungsgutschein-Maßnahmen (AZAV): die anschlussfähigen Teilqualifikationen Güterverkehr (TQ1) und Personenverkehr (TQ3).
  • Du baust Kooperationen und Partnerschaften auf.
  • Du führst Gespräche, erstellst Angebote und begleitest sie bis zum Abschluss.
  • Du arbeitest überwiegend im Außendienst, regelmäßige Abstimmung treffen wir im Büro.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, gern B2B – Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein verbindliches, sympathisches Auftreten
  • Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Führerschein Klasse B
