  • Koordination von Terminarbeiten der Einkaufsabteilung (Listungen, Preise und Flugblätter)
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferant:innen, anderen Abteilungen und Märkten
  • Aufbereitung von Informationen, Stammdatenkontrolle und Rechnungskontrolle
  • Unterstützung bei Sortiments-, Preis- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Organisation sämtlicher administrativer Agenden der Einkaufsabteilung
  • Ihr Profil
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise) sowie Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich
  • Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Engagierte, zuverlässige, gewissenhafte, geduldige und lernbereite Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent sowie Kundinn*enorientierung
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team und in einem dynamischen und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld
  • Leidenschaft für biologische Lebensmittel
