  • MSC Computer ist ein Systemhaus mit Schwerpunkt Barcode, Erfassung, Scanner, Mobile Computer, Automatisierung, Drucker / Printer (Laserdrucker, Thermodrucker), Etikettierung, Media (Etiketten, Labels, Farbbänder, Thermotransferfolie) und TFT-Monitoren.
  • Seit mehr als 30 Jahren bieten wir unseren Kunden sowohl Standard- als auch Individuallösungen mit Produkten führender Hersteller (Eizo, Epson, Honeywell, Lexmark, Omron, ProGlove, Zebra) an.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) im

## Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenbetreuung und -Beratung

Der Aufgabenbereich:

  • Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams bei Maßnahmen zur Kundengewinnung, Verkaufsoptimierung und der Nachbearbeitung (Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Erfassen von Aufträgen und Begleitung von Anfragen, Aufträgen bis zur vollständigen Bearbeitung)
  • Kundenberatung und Erarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Lösungen
  • Erstellen von Anfragen, Angeboten, Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen, Bestellungen
  • Preise & Lieferzeiten abfragen
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Lieferantendaten
  • Prüfen von Warenbeständen

Die Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossenen Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, gerne mit einem Faible für Technik/IT
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch in Schrift und Sprache
  • Englischkenntnisse gewünscht
  • Eine produktspezifische Einarbeitung wird natürlich gewährleistet
