Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Vertriebsinnendienst in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • technisches Angebotsmanagement
  • Verfolgung von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst
  • Abwicklung von Aufträgen
  • Erstellung von Lieferpapieren
  • Rechnungstellung
  • Kundenberatung nach umfassender Einarbeitung
  • Mit- bzw. Zuarbeit im Bestellwesen
  • After-Sales Management

Sie verfügen über...

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise Industriekaufmann/-frau
  • technisches Verständnis
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
