Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Beratung zu Produkten, Größen und Passform sowie Unterstützung bei der Produktauswahl
  • Telefonische Betreuung und serviceorientierte Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Aufnahme und Klärung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail und über soziale Medien
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten im System
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen sowie Unterstützung im täglichen Vertriebsprozess
  • Retourenmanagement und Nachbearbeitung von Aufträgen
  • Organisation und Unterstützung bei Messen und Kunden-Events

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie

  • Interesse an der Modebranche und Gespür für Trends
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
  • Empathischer Umgang mit Kunden sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
