Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung & Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs-Teams
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz- & Zielerreichung
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse im Nutzfahrzeugvertrieb
  • Klare Zielsetzung, Motivation & Coaching deiner Mitarbeiter

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung als Vertriebsleiter / Sales Manager (idealerweise Nutzfahrzeuge / Automotive)
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Führungskompetenz & hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Sicher im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
  • Empathisch, teamorientiert & durchsetzungsstark
