## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Erweiterung der Kundschaft in den Bereichen Planung, Anlagenbau, Betrieb und Projektentwicklung
  • Erstellung von individuellen, am jeweiligen Bedarf der Kundschaft ausgerichteten Dienstleistungsangeboten, Verhandlung von Konditionen - von der Angebotsverfolgung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Ausbau der Marktposition, Gewinnung neuer Kundschaft und Einführung neuer Produkte und Vertriebsstrategien
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Fachplanungsbüros, Ingenieurbüros, Objektverwaltungen, Behörden und Bauämtern bei der Entwicklung und Planung von Neuanlagen
  • Begleitung der Realisierung und Umsetzung von Modernisierungsmaßnahmen für MSR- und Gebäudeleitsysteme, HLK-Anlagen und Gebäudetechnik

## Ihr Profil

  • Meister/Techniker (m/w/d) oder Studium als Ingenieur (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Elektro-, Versorgungs- und MSR-Technik oder der Gebäudeautomation
  • Gute Branchen- und Marktkenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent, Verhandlungsgeschick und Sozialkompetenz
  • Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
