VERTRIEBSMITARBEITER (m/w/d)

Customer Service – Innendienst

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Vertriebssachbearbeitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Key-Account-Manager im In- und Ausland
  • Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung und Terminüberwachung der Aufträge
  • Abstimmung von Produktions- und Lieferterminen mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Koordination zwischen den Kunden und unseren internationalen Produktionsstätten
  • Datenpflege in MS Dynamics Navision
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung

DEIN PROFIL:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • EDV-Kenntnisse mit MS-Office und MS Dynamics Navision
  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
