eine Verwaltungskraft (m/w/d)

befristet als Krankheitsvertretung

in Teilzeit 19,25 h/w

Aufgaben:

  • Vertragsmanagement
  • Controlling und Bearbeitung der externen Dienstleistungen und Vertragspartner, z.B. Versicherungen, Mietverträge, Energie, Telefon
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung der Landesgeschäftsstelle
  • z.B. allg. Recherche, Unterstützung im Einkauf, Bestellung von Waren und Dienstleistungen, Bearbeitung von Beihilfen und Spenden

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung wäre wünschenswert
  • Beherrschung der gängigen MS-Office-Programme sowie Interesse an digitalen Prozessen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, Organisationsgeschick sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten zählen zu Ihren Stärken
