  • Der Caritasverband Heinsberg sucht ab sofort für seine Offenen Ganztagsgrundschulen und die Schulintegration eine\*n Verwaltungsmitarbeiter\*in als Krankheitsvertretung (befristet)
  • mit einem Beschäftigungsumfang von 19,5 Std./Woche. Der Arbeitsort ist in Heinsberg. Die Beschäftigung ist zweckbefristet für die Dauer der Arbeitsunfähigkeit der Kollegin/des Kollegen (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Administrative Unterstützung der Einrichtungsleitungen OGS und Integrationshilfe bei sämtlichen verwaltungstechnischen Abläufen
  • Telefonannahme, Bearbeitung der Eingangspost und allgemeine Terminkoordination
  • Verwaltung und Dokumentation im digitalen System Vivendi PEP
  • Koordination von Terminen im Bereich Arbeitsschutz und Fortbildungen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit den OGS-Leitungen und sowie vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitenden und Kooperationspartnern
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Gesprächen und Sitzungen, einschließlich Organisation der Bewirtung und Protokollführung

Damit bereichern Sie unser Team

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Verwaltungsausbildung, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
  • Sicherer und sehr guter Umgang mit MS Word, MS Excel sowie Grundkenntnisse im Outlook
  • Gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
