Ihre Aufgaben Wir bieten

  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
  • Serviceorientierte Kundenbetreuung und in enger Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Außendienst
  • Abwicklung der Korrespondenz

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und MS-Office-Programmen
  • Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem motivierten Team
  • Gleitarbeitszeit und eine leistungsgerechte Vergütung
