Wir bei Merfeld Grünpflege pflegen Grünanlagen an Wohngebäuden, Einrichtungen, Firmenstandorten – bis hin zu Kindergärten.

👉 Was wir suchen:

Eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung, die Freude daran hat, ein Team zu führen und Projekte eigenverantwortlich zu koordinieren. Eine formale Ausbildung ist nicht zwingend erforderlich – deine Erfahrung zählt!

🛠 Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Koordination eines Teams vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Effizienz der Pflegearbeiten
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Umsetzung individueller Anforderungen
