Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung als Vorarbeiter/Schichtleiter der Produktion (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Überwachung der Produktion / Bänder
  • Einteilung von Personal gemäß der Absprache mit der Produktionsleitung
  • Überwachung der Bereitstellung an den Bändern
  • enge Abstimmung mit der Produktionsleitung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Teamleiter
  • Mitarbeiterführung

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • handwerkliche Ausbildung; vorzugsweise im Metallverarbeitungsbereich
  • Erfahrung in Berufen mit Teamverantwortung / Teamführung
  • Zusatzqualifikation zur Führungskraft wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Motivation
  • Autorität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
  • Flexibilität
