Bei über 1 Mio. versendeten Artikeln pro Monat zählt jeder Prozess: Du führst das Lagerteam, steuerst Wareneingang, Kommissionierung und Versand und treibst Automatisierung und Effizienz voran. Dabei berichtest du an unseren Head of Warehouse & Fulfillment.
  • DEIN IMPACT
  • Operative Leitung unseres neuen Lagers im Raum Düsseldorf
  • Aufbau des Standorts von Anfang an mit Prozessen, Abläufen und Team
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Lagerteams
  • Steuerung von Wareneingang, Kommissionierung und Versand, damit Bestellungen schnell und fehlerfrei rausgehen
  • Inventuren und Bestandsmanagement mit hoher Bestandsgenauigkeit
  • Steuerung über KPIs, kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung und Kostenverantwortung
  • Einführung von Automatisierungslösungen, die Tempo und Effizienz im Lager steigern
  • Projektmanagement im eigenen Bereich

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Lagerlogistik oder Fulfillment, idealerweise im E-Commerce
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Lagerumfeld
  • Erfahrung mit Lean Management Methoden wie 5S, Kaizen und Standard Work
  • Sichere Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit
  • WMS-Kenntnisse, Shopify-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und gutes Zahlenverständnis für KPI-Steuerung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Hands-on Mentalität, Organisationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B für gelegentliche Fahrten zwischen Headquarter und Lager
