Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will lead warehouse and internal logistics operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate flow of materials and finished goods. You will play a key role in supporting business continuity, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a high-performing team.

We are looking for a resilient and proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces continuous change, and can effectively guide teams through operational challenges while maintaining high levels of performance and engagement.

The work model for the role is: On site

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the ELSP (Smart Power) Business at our site in Monterrey 3.0, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory management practices and timely system transactions.
  • Develop, coach, and lead warehouse personnel to achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, carriers, production, and customer service teams.
  • Manage warehouse capacity, labor planning, equipment utilization, and operating budgets.
  • Monitor and achieve key warehouse performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Support uninterrupted production and customer deliveries through effective material flow management.
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Experience with inventory control, warehouse optimization, and logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IMMEX and C-TPAT requirements.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in environments undergoing frequent operational changes and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated leader with strong stress management skills, capable of making sound decisions and maintaining team engagement in demanding situations.
