Job Description:

• •We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end Operations for our FC/Warehouse in Sonipat, Haryana.

• •This is an in-person role at our Haryana FC, you must be based in NCR or Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

• •Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
• •Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
• •Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and manpower to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
• •Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers: from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live.
• •Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
• •Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
• •6–10 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
• •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to independently manage teams and stakeholders.
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and willingness to execute projects on the ground.
