As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate you’ll be responsible for:

• •Lead and motivate a team of 5 Team Leaders, ensuring they effectively manage performance, productivity, and day-to-day warehouse operations across their teams.
• •Oversee the fulfilment operation, ensuring orders are picked, quality checked, consolidated, and loaded safely and accurately to meet customer and operational targets.
• •Manage people processes including recruitment, performance reviews, absence management, coaching, and development to build a high-performing team.
• •Maintain stock quality and operational accuracy by monitoring default rates, producing shipment documentation, and ensuring all warehouse administration is completed effectively.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00pm – 3.00am with some flexibility.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• •Proven experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• •Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as Workbench, Oracle, or Körber.
• •Ability to manage performance against operational targets and maintain high standards in a results-driven environment.
• •Previous fulfilment or distribution experience is desirable, with an understanding of warehouse processes and customer service expectations.
