• JD Vanguard Program is a strategic talent supply chain project of JD.com, aiming to build a team of young talent embodying the JD spirit and deeply rooted in frontline operations. With the phased goal of cultivating grassroots managers, it ultimately nurtures mid-level managers who understand frontline operations and can drive strategic implementation.
• With the rapid growth of logistics operations, the JD Vanguard Program is planned to be launched to build frontline talent reserves for JD Logistics.

• Job Responsibilities
• 1, Monitor and inspect incoming goods, verifying compliance with quality standards, specifications, and documentation (e.g., invoices, purchase orders) to ensure accuracy in quantity, condition, and labeling.
• 2, Conduct regular audits of warehouse storage areas, checking for proper handling, storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity), and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
• 3, Inspect outgoing shipments to confirm product integrity, correct packaging, and accurate labeling, minimizing the risk of defects or errors during delivery.
• 4, Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures to standardize inspection processes across receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
• 5, Track and analyze quality-related data (e.g., defect rates, non-conformities, customer complaints) to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• 6, Collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• 7, Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective measures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• 8,Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures, emphasizing the importance of accuracy and adherence to standards in daily operations.

• Job Requirements
• 1,Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, quality management, or a related field;
• 2, Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and warehouse safety regulations.
• 3, Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in products and processes.
• 4, Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• 5, Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and cross-functional departments.
• 6, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.
• 7, Chinese and English language skills are a plus.
