  • Vollzeit (07:00-20:00)
  • Ihre abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten
  • Leitung und Organisation der Werkstattabläufe zur Sicherstellung effizienter Reparatur-, Fertigungs- und Wartungsprozesse
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Führung des Werkstattpersonals, inklusive Einsatzplanung und Unterweisung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards durch Endkontrolle, Sichtprüfung und Dokumentation nach Vorgaben
  • Koordination von Materialbeschaffung, Lagerverwaltung und Ersatzteilmanagement in der Werkstatt
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und technischen Rückfragen, in Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten oder Serviceabteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung von Fachkräften, z. B. Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker oder Kfz-Technike
  • Verfügen Sie über vergleichbare Qualifikationen?
