### Für unseren *Stedesander Hof * suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

Der Stedesander Hof ist sowohl eine Einrichtung für chronisch mehrfachgeschädigte Suchterkrankte, die langfristig auf eine Betreuung angewiesen sind, als auch für Personen, die im Rahmen eines weitergehenden Verselbstständigungsangebotes mittelfristig in eine niedrigschwelligere Maßnahme wechseln können.

Als Pflegefachkraft arbeitest du in einem multiprofessionellen Team und ergänzt unseren pädagogischen Bereich durch dein Pflege-Know-How und deinen Einsatz in pflegerischen Tätigkeiten für unsere Bewohner\*innen.
