Seit März 2026 bieten wir neben der Förderung der Kinder im Kindergarten oder im häuslichen Umfeld auch die Möglichkeit Gruppenangebote für 2-3 Kinder in neuen Praxisräumen in Bad Segeberg durchzuführen.

Dafür suchen wir ab sofort oder zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu unserer Verstärkung eine/n Heilpädagogen/-pädagogin (m/w/d), Heilerziehungspfleger/in (m/w/d) oder Ergotherapeut/in (m/w/d - mit mind. 3 Jahren entsprechender Berufserfahrung).

Sie bringen mit:

  • eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in den oben genannten Berufen (Ergotherapeuten/in mit sonderpädagogischer/heilpädagogischer Zusatzqualifikation oder mind. 2 Jahre Arbeit in der Betreuung oder Förderung von Kindern mit Beeinträchtigung)
  • einen PKW-Führerschein
  • ein Fahrzeug zur Ausübung der Tätigkeit ist erwünscht

Ob Sie Berufserfahren, Berufseinsteiger oder sich ggf. auch noch in der Ausbildung befinden, ist zweitrangig.

Wir bieten Ihnen:

  • möglichst wohnortnahe Einsätze
  • eine flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung, sowohl am Vormittag als auch am Nachmittag
  • 50 Euro Tankgutschein pro Monat
  • Kindergartenzuschuss in Höhe von 50 Euro pro Kindergartenkind
  • 4 Tage im Jahr extra Urlaub (Regenerationstage) zu den 30 Tagen Grundurlaub

Arbeitszeiten und Einsatzorte besprechen wir individuell in einem persönlichen Gespräch.

Die Fahrkosten während der mobilen Frühförderung werden vergütet!
