Zur Verstärkung unseres erfahrenen Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) für unsere Produktion in Vollzeit (37,75 Std./Woche) .

Was Sie bei uns erwartet:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Fertigung von Aluminiumbauteilen und -zuschnitten nach Kundenvorgaben
  • Rüsten von CNC-Maschinen nach Spannplänen
  • Gelegentliche Ergänzung und Anpassung von CAM-Programmen
  • Koordination einzelner Fertigungsabläufe
  • Eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Werkzeugverfügbarkeit
  • Bedarfsermittlung und Bestellvorschläge für Betriebs- und Hilfsmittel
  • Entwicklung von Ideen zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Vorrichtungen

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) - Fachrichtung Frästechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Bereich
  • Gute Programmier- und Maschinenkenntnisse (Heidenhain-Steuerung von Vorteil)
  • Flurförderschein und Kranschein von Vorteil
  • Schichtbereitschaft
