  • Prüfmittelüberwachung
  • zerstörungsfreie Prüfung (PT, MT, UT, VT) von Bauteilen
  • Durchführung Endkontrolle und Erstellen von Prüfprotokollen
  • Übernahme zfP-Prüfaufsicht und Erklärung der Prüfaufgabe
  • Übersetzen der Kundenspezifikationen und Zeichnungen in Arbeitspapiere
  • Erstellen, Umsetzen und Überwachen von Prüfanweisungen
  • Erarbeiten von Reparaturmaßnahmen
  • Erkennen und Umsetzen von Optimierungspotenzialen

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich wünschenswert
  • mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Qualitätssicherung und -management
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Messen und zerstörungsfreies Prüfen
  • Erfahrungen in der Gießereibranche
  • Quereinstieg auch möglich
  • Spezialkenntnisse: zerstörungsfreie Werkstoffprüfung (PT, MT, UT, VT) nach DIN EN ISO 9712
  • englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Fähigkeit, analytisch, logisch und präzise zu denken
  • schnell und flexibel auf neue Situationen reagieren
  • ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten

Arbeitszeit: Früh- und Spätschicht in 2-Schicht (Montag-Freitag)
