Wir, die ZF-Prüftechnik GmbH sind ein Unternehmen im Bereich der zerstörungsfreien Werkstoffprüfung im Anlagen- und Rohrleitungsbau. Zur Verstärkung unseres Prüfteams am Standort Hann. Münden und Umgebung suchen wir ab sofort einen qualifizierten Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d) für zerstörungsfreie Prüfung in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Selbständige Durchführung von zerstörungsfreien Werkstoffprüfungen ( ZfP ) an Bauteilen, Komponenten und Schweißnähten

Anwendung gängiger Verfahren wie Ultraschallprüfung (UT), Durchstrahlungsprüfung (RT), Magnetpulverprüfung (MT) und Eindringprüfung (PT)

Fachgerechte Bewertung, Interpretation und Protokollierung der Prüfergebnisse gemäß den geltenden Normen und Kundenspezifikationen

Erstellung und Freigabe detaillierten Prüfberichten und Dokumentationen

Sicherstellung von der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards im Prüfbereich

Ihre Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkstoffprüfer oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation

Gültige Zertifikate nach DIN EN Iso 9712 für mindestens eine der gängigen Verfahren ( z.B. RT, UT, MT, PT ) in Stufe 2

Erfahrungen im Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen, Normen und Schweißanweisungen
